Dashing through receipes

I totally forgot when was the time me and sarah dear, baked together, Been ages, been busy with work and projects and boyfriends all the way, it's so hard to meet up with friends when u have so many things at hand. Lucky, i manage to schedule my time for work, friends, relationship and family. Good old 'Miri '..

Baking session will sarah babe.. our receipe for today is Tiramisu..

It was perfect as one ingredient was missed out and thats liqour, i'm lately been having hand overs hanging out wit my 2 best friends from primary school. Hang overs are fun but not very healthy.

Here's the ingredients for Tiramisu..

4 eggs ( Separt The yolks from the whites )

100g Sugar

200g Of sponge fingers ( available at cold storage and carrefour )

1 cup of coffee ( milk and sugar added )

400g mascapone Cheese

1 tablespoon of cocoa powder or milo powder

100ml of whipping cream

The Steps:

1. layout the sponge fingers on a baking tray, use a spoon and pour the coffee over the sponge fingers. set aside.
2. using the yolk mixed it with sugar in a mixer, well mixed.
3. in another bowl .. wisk the egg white till it's foamy
4. pour in the macapone cheese into the yolk mixture and mixed it gently, then fold in the egg white.
5. pour in the whipping cream and mixed it gently with a wooden spoon till the foam is dissolved.
6. lay a layer of the mixture on the sponge fingers. Form layers with the mixture with the sponge fingers.
7. spinkle the cocoa/milo powder
8. Fridge it for 4 hours or freezer for 2 hours
