Miri's Blog: Food is my rememdy

Been busy with stuff lately.. No timing on posting new posts. Timing is ticking and christmas is only a month away, thank god it's gonna be over, 2009 has not been the year for me. Things happen, shit happens. Loads of pain and saddness ths year.

Indonesian was stuck with another earthquake this time over 1000++ people died or were missing. How lucky we are to stay in Singapore where the grass is always greener than on the other side. I've been spoiled recently by my friends and baby boy. Non-stop eating frenzy. And gaining weight is a nightmare.

Jenny babes's birthday. we celebrated at Bugis Pre-co Maison restaurant located on the 2nd floor of preco. joined with jenny's several other friends we chow down to a hearty and mouth watering meal.

The restaurant was decorated very chic and vintage

They even stole bottles and bronze cups to display

later tat evening even after a very filling tummy's.. baby brought me to eat this famous mee pok near siglap road. Hawkers were closed and we were pretty lazy to journey further down.

The shop was located behind a pub.. 'i totally forgot the name of the street' anyway.. the noodles were deli-c-ous...

We even order a side of fish skin for side dish. And it tasted.. F-U-C-King yum

Gonna try there again.
