i've been munching on a pack of nuts which i brought frm yesterday..
Can't believe i can finish a whole pack myself... God!!!
mum says i no need to be worried as nuts are one of the most healthy diet foods in the chart..
So i did some research as to prove whether my mum is right..

Nuts are wondeful snacks to munch on when u r hungry or say 'mouth ichy'.. they are mostly high in dietary fibre and thqats what i needed.. been having diffculities in 'Letting Go" or "Bombing" in toilet lately. Needed the fibre in order for me to go "Bombing"
I should really start a high dietary fibre diet in order for me to increase my digestive system.
